But We Can Still Be Friends is the 4th track off of my 5-song EP titled Aftermath and was recorded in Nashville, TN in July 2023. It is a heartfelt anthem about the struggle of being stuck in the friend zone with someone you have deeper feelings for. It captures the bittersweet reality of trying to maintain a friendship when your heart wants more. The song is full of relatable moments, questioning if it's worth risking a good friendship for a shot at love, or if it's better to just move on.
